GST Australia
All sales will have a Goods and Services Tax of 10% added at price declared unless other wise highlighted , as requirement by the Australian Tax Office.
International orders are exempt of GST if notified before hand and a declaration is provided that the goods are not for use or resale in Australia.
All items shipped will have an International Customs declaration form attached. Import Taxes and Duties and any other freight charges above what has been quoted will be the responsibility of the International Purchaser. GST will be applied to any order not specifically outlining exemption prior to invoicing.
Privacy in information obtained
Fire Trader Australia will treat all information provided with care and within guidelines of Australian Privacy laws as per the "Privacy ACT 1988"
Information submitted to Fire Trader can be used for marketing and database updating, but this information will not be given out or tendered to any other party.

Advertising on Fire Trader
Items to be sold on using our Web Presence are deemed to be owned and or authorised by the person or entity selling the goods.
Any goods to be advertised on or using Fire Trader Australia's web site, a declaration must be made to "you " which states that you are the correct and legal owner of the goods and declaring Fire Trader Australia has no responsibility in either falsely, incorrectly or illegally advertised goods.
Any products bought via or through Fire Trader Australia but completed with an external parties, Fire Trader Australia declares as per our disclaimer a no fault transaction.
The Transaction will be between the 2 or more parties and only published by Fire Trader Australia, Fire Trader Australia will not carry any liability in regards to false or misleading information supplied, goods either faulty or fraudulent, stolen or illegally obtained. The declaration of the seller will indemnify us in this transaction,

Our advertising fees as displayed will be invoiced one acceptance form with declaration is supplied / returned to to Fire Trader, either electronically or via manual method.
Fire Trader retains the right to refuse or remove any products at our discretion, or in the event of illegal or unlawful activity pertaining to goods being sold is highlighted or becomes known, our responsibility is also to inform the relevant Government Departments.
Failure to tender payment for invoices within specified terms will lead to non publishing of any advertisements, if an add was published using a pre negotiated financial term and the advertiser / seller fails to make payment, then Fire Trader Australia has all rights to collect funds by any legal means it chooses.
Non paying advertisers or persons or companies that have either traded illegally or unlawfully or in breach of our conditions. These breaches can / will be published on Fire TRader Australia's Web presence.
Where a free advertising time is supplied, this will be a timed period, terms and conditions will be deemed for these as per a normal item sale.
Any information gathered from parties placing an advertisement either to sell or buy will treated as per our Privacy guidelines and our terms and conditions.
Product Warranty.
Any new product sold by Fire Trader will carry where applicable the manufactures own warranty, If otherwise stated or the selling of used goods then warranty is supplied and limited to the period and description as published.
All costs associated with return for replacement, repair or evaluation will be at the buyers expense.
Fire Trader will cover the cost of resending the item after a warranty issue has been accepted or rectified where applicable
Warranties will only be covered if the goods have been used as per Manufactures warranty outlines and Warranty papers or information has been supplied to manufacture and proof of purchase is retained and can be presented at time of claim.
If in the case of a used item, warranty will only apply for failure under normal operating environments.
Damage, incorrect installation, incorrect usage, or failure to maintain, breakage of a serviceable item or part will not be covered by warranty.
Issues / damages / Injuries due to misuse, incorerct use, failure to service, negligent use, failure of item, will not be the reponsibility of Fire Trader Australia.
Repairs.
Repairs will be undertaken only if, Fire Trader deems them appropriate or necessary. Any repairs will carry a 30 day warranty for failure of repair. |
