Stand up to 450mm high, but can be expanded to as little as 150 with reflective bands showing. Reflective Bands meet Australia Standards, Water Proof Nylon Material, Heavy duty bright orange plastic base. They come with a 2 x AAA Strobe Unit which mounts in the top of the cone, but stores in the base. Put some in the Support / Truck / Car / anywhere space is a premium !
