Fire Trader Australia - Gift Voucher Terms an Conditions :
1. Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers should be spent within 12 months from the date of purchase although, no expiry date is included on the gift certificate.
2. Gift vouchers will be proceesed after cleared funds and then sent as an electronic document PDF via email to the
purchases given email address, or only upon request a mailed copy can be sent at a $ 2.50 charge.
3. Gift vouchers must be redeemed through the Fire Trader Australia web site, http://www.firetrader.com.au ,phone order or at the Fire Trader premises
4. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. A refund or credit will be issued to the purchaser of the Gift Voucher as a credit voucher.
5. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift voucher account and is not transferable.
6. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, the balance can be paid with a valid and accepted payment method.
7. Gift vouchers and their use on the Fire Trader Australia web site are subject to the Fire Trader Australia Terms and Conditions
8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers, although we can reinstate lost vouchers at a charge of $ 2.50.
9. Fire Trader Australia reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift voucher is either
redeemed through the Fire Trader Australia web site or an attempt to redeem or make purchases through Fire Trader Australia.
